Your are advised to bring your personal medical kit on the treks. Clients are advised to check with their own physicians regarding vaccinations. None are required for entry to Nepal but the following are recommended:

Gamma globulin, typhoid, meningococcal meningitis and rabies. Clients are also advised to check their status of tetanus and polio immunization.
