 Some examples of where our profits go. This page will be updated from time to time if we consider the publication to be appropriate.
theBlueSpace has been participating in different social events in Tamang society, co-ordinated by Tasi Lama.
1) We have participated partially in financial assistance and, directly working as program co-ordinator (Tasi Lama does this) to operate Tamang Radio Program at Radio HBC FM 94. The program called 'Hyangla Dajang' means 'Our Platform' is launching in collaboration with Planate Enfant Nepal. It is dedicated to promote Tamang culture, tradition and raise awareness against all sorts of discrimination within Tamang Society.
2) We have distributed 60 sets of students' sitting benches to Narayansthan Lower Secondary School and Mahankal Primary School in Kavre Roshi - Timal. 200 students are using them in class rooms while studying. (see photo) We currently working to improve sanitation for these two schools.
Some money from Blue Space income and extra donations from our clients is utilised to organize social works in Nepal. We are working with Helping Society Nepal (HS - Nepal) as partner and local NGO in Timal.
