 Day 1.Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa
 Day 2.Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang temple, and Barkhor bazaar
 Day 3. Visit Drepung, Sera Monasteries etc.
 Day 4.Optional tour: Drive to Ganden Monastery. Visit Ganden Monastery. There is a special place for sky burial, which is very popular burial system in Lhasa Drive back to Lhasa.
 Day 5..Fly back to Kathmandu.

This tour gets one to explore the fascinating history, culture and lives of the people of the ancient city of Lhasa. Drive to Namtso Lake takes you through the Nomad world across windblown grassland and herdsmen on horsebacks to the emerald green waters of the Namtso Lake.
 Day 1.Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa
 Day 2.Lhasa city tour - Potala Palace, Jokhang temple with Barkhor Bazaar.
 Day 3.Drive to Dangxuong, visit Tsubu Monastery. Camp overnight.
 Day 4.Drive to Namtso lake, experience Nomads world. Camp overnight
 Day 5.Drive to Lhasa, explore bazaar, visit colorful bazaar.
 Day 6.Visit Drepung and Sera Monasteries.
 Day 7. Free day to explore Lhasa by yourself.
 Day 8.Fly from Lhasa to Kathmandu.

Standard private & economic group tours both for individual and groups.

 

 Day 1. Kathmandu - Zhangmu - Nyalum (125 km) (4300 m) Early morning drive (5 hrs) from Kathmandu to Kodari, Chinese border. Breakfast will be served in Dhulikhel on the way. Reach about 11 noon in boarder side. Complete immigration formalities in Nepal side. Drive in a truck/pick up van for 50 min. to Zhangmu (buffer zone), Tibet China side. Drive further, 2.30 hrs to Nyalum through beautiful landscape.
 Day 2.Nyalum - Xegar (4350m)-244kms. Drive about 8 hrs to Xegar Crossing Lalung la Pass (5050m). There will be a beautiful view of Mt. Everest (8848 m).
 Day 3.Xegar -Xigaste (3900m)-244kms. Drive 8 hrs to reach Xigaste, the place of famous Tashilunpo Monastery and seat of Panchen Lama until his death in 1989 with its huge Thangka wall which is clearly visible on the north side of road.
 Day 4. Xigaste-Gyantse (3950m)-90 kms. In the morning visit Tashilunpo Monastery and free market of Xigaste. Later in the afternoon, prepare for 2 hrs drive to Gyantse. Here you visit Khumbum Stupa and Phalkor Monastery.
 Day 5.Gyantse - Lhasa (3650m)-259 kms. Drive 8 hrs via Yamdruk Tso (Turquoise Lake) and crossing two spectacular passes Karo La (5010m) and Kamba La (4794m) to reach Lhasa.
 Day 6-7. Two full day sightseeing tour of Potala palace, Norbulingka palace, Jokhang Temple, Drepung Monastery and Barkhor Bazaar and Sera Monastery.
 Day 8. Lhasa -Kathmandu flight. Transfer to Gonggar Airport (2 hrs). The flight duration is 1 hr. and 10 min. This is one of the most beautiful flights in the world for its spectacular view of snow capped Himalayan Panorama.
  



 
7 days.  
 

From Gonggar airport, Lhasa drive to Tsetang. Next day explore the cradle of Tibetan civilization and visit Samye and Yambulhakhang. Further drive to Gyangtse to visit Khumbum Monastery & Tashilunpo Monastery of Shigatse. Three days in the ancient city of Lhasa is to explore culture and sights of this ancient city.

 Day 1. Fly from Kathmandu to Gonggar airport, Lhasa and drive to Tsetang.
 Day 2. Drive & boat ride to Samye Monastery, visit Yongbulakhang, Tanrandrik Temple and Tibetan Kings Tombs. Overnight in Tsetang.
 Day 3.Drive to Gyangtse via Yamdrok Tso. Explore Gyangtse Monastery.
 Day 4.Drive to Shigatse via Shalu Monastery. Visit Tashilunpo Monastery.
 Day 5. Drive to Lhasa.
 Day 6-7.Two full day sightseeing tour of Potala palace, Norbulingka palace, Jokhang Temple, Drepung Monastery and Barkhor Bazaar and Sera Monastery.

Explore 3 days ancient city of Lhasa, Xigatse and Gyantse a beautiful place for its old monasteries and turquoise lake which offers an excellent view of the sparkling water, varieties of birds.

From Kathmandu drive across beautiful Nepalese countryside to the Chinese boarder town of Zangmu before negotiating the road up through the deep gorges of Sunkoshi River to Tingri. Trek past the ancient village of Tingri to the base camp from where one can see the magnificent and huge dimensions of Mt. Everest.

 Day 1. Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa.
 Day 2. Two full day sightseeing of Lhasa: Potala palace, Norbulingka palace, Jokhang Temple, Drepung Monastery and Barkhor Bazaar and Sera Monastery.
 Day 3.Drive to Gyantse. Visit Khumbum monastery. Camp by Yamtso lake
 Day 4.Drive to Xigaste: Visit Tashilunpo Monastery and free market.
 Day 5. Drive to Xegar.
 Day 6.Drive to Rongbuk up hill in rough road.
 Day 7.Trek for 2 hrs to Mount Everest Base camp. Drive to Tingri.
 Day 8.Drive to Nyalum.
 Day 9. Drive to Kathmandu after crossing boarder.
  
( If the guests like to trek, it will take 5 days to trek from Tingri to Everest Base Camp and drive down to Lhatse. The total tour will be 14 days. )

Mt. Kailash, the sacred mountain and the abode of the Hindu god Shiva is on of the world's greatest pilgrimage destinations especially for Hindus, Buddhist, Jains and others. The breathtaking beauty of this sacred mountain and the holy lake of Mansarover along with ruins of 9th Century of Guge Kingdom in Far Western Tibet are a reward of a life time to experience.
This trip begins with a spectacular overland scenic drive from Kathmandu to Nyalam. Drive across the high Tibetan Plateau along with wild countryside including gushing streams, snow covered passes and vast plain with herds of yak and campsites of Nomads.  Day 1.Drive from Kathmandu to Kodari, boarder area of Nepal and Tibet. Complete immigration formalities in Nepal side and drive in a van to Zhangmu (3900m) for 1 hr. Complete the visa and permit formalities & further drive 2 hrs to Nyalum (4100m). Overnight in guesthouse.
 Day 2.Drive from Nyalum to Peigutso Lake (4300m). Drive 221 KM 7/8 hrs. 1st overnight in camp. Visit on the way old Milareppa Monastery. Cross Lalunga Pass (5050m) on the way.
 Day 3.Drive from Peigutso to Tsongba (Saga). Drive 115 km 6/7 hrs. Overnight in tent.
 Day 4. Drive from Tsongba (Saga) to Paryang. Drive 185km 7/8 hrs. Overnight in tent.
 Day 5.Drive from Paryang to Manasarovar. Drive 277 km 8 hrs. Overnight in tent.
 Day 6. Drive from Manasarovar to Darchen (4650m). Drive 30 km in 1 Overnight in guesthouse. Optional tour to Goshul Gompa and Ganga Chu.
 Day 7-9. Trek around Kailash (Parikrama). Overnight in Lake Mansarober.
 Day 10.Drive from Lake Mansarober to Paryang. Overnight in tent.
 Day 11.Drive to Tsongba (Saga). Overnight in tent.
 Day 12.Drive to Peigutso Lake. Overnight in tent.
 Day 13. Drive to Zhangmu Hotel
 Day 14.Drive to Kathmandu.
   


 
16 days.
 
A fully guided and supported mountain Bike tour from Kathmandu to Tibet crossing the giant Himalaya will be a life time memory for all the bikers or for the people who love to do adventure cycling.  Day 1.Arrival in Nepal, transfer to the hotel in Kathmandu. Info-cocktail about program in the evening.
 Day 2-3.sightseeing in Kathmandu. We need this day to make paper and visa.
 Day 4.Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa. Transfer to hotel and build up bikes and ride to Potala Palace.
 Day 5.Day 05: Easy bike ride around Lhasa, visit Norbhulingka, Jokhang and Sera Monastery. Banakshol Hotel.
 Day 6.Visit Drepung Monastery and Potala Palace. Rest of the day free to explore Lhasa. Banakshol Hotel.
 Day 7. Drive to top of Kamba La, cycle down to and around Yamdrok Tso. Nanghchi Guest House.
 Day 8.Cycle or drive up Karo La, ride down, lunch in Gyantz, look around fort, and drive to Shigatse Hotel.
 Day 9. Visit Tashilunpo Monastery, then ride and drive to Latse. Overnight in a guesthouse.
 Day 10.Cross the highest pass Jia Tusco 5,220m. Ride or drive as much as you want. Overnight Xegar in a guesthouse.
 Day 11.Climb Pang La for panoramic view of Everest, Cho Yu and expense of Tibet. Overnight in Rongbuk valley.
 Day 12.Cycle up Rongbuk valley to Monastery and Everest base camp. Overnight in Ting Guesthouse.
 Day 13.Visit base camp and return to base of Pang La guesthouse or visit hot spring in Tingri.
 Day 14. Cycle over Pang La and along valley to Tingri. Overnight in guesthouse here or Gusto further down road.
 Day 15. Start descending the biggest down hill in the world from Tibetan Plateau down. Overnight at Nylam Guest House.
 Day 16. Keep descending down hill into Nepal. See trees appearing and rivers grow. Overnight at Barabise.
 Day 17. Ride last section from valley rim into Kathmandu via Nala and back roads of Nepal.


 
14 days. (Nepal and Tibet )
A Optimal program to enjoy high lights of both countries.

 Day 1. Arrival KTM. Transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free.
 Day 2.Sightseeing of Kathmandu and Patan. Visit: Patan Darbar Square, Krishna temple, Golden temple, Khumbheswor temple, Tibetan Refugee camp. Afternoon visit-Swoyambhunath, Darbar Square of Kathmandu and Old bazaar.
 Day 3.Sightseeing of Pashupatinath, Boudhnath and Bhaktapur. Drive to Nagarkot to view beautiful sunrise and sunset on snowy Himalayan Range. Hike 1 hr. through villages, nature, rice field in the beautiful Himalayan mountain.
 Day 4.Drive to Pokhara (6 hrs). Sightseeing & boat ride in Phewa lake.
 Day 6.Day 5-6. Drive (3 hrs) to Royal Chitwan National Park for jungle activities like elephant ride, canoe ride Jungle walk, Bird watching, local village visiting etc.
 Day 7. Drive (4 hrs) to Kathmandu.
 Day 8. Transfer to Airport for the flight to Lhasa.
 Day 9. Fly Kathmandu to Gonggar airport, Lhasa and drive to Tsetang.
 Day 10.Drive & boat ride to Samye Monastery, visit Yongbulakhang, Tanrandrik Temple and Tibetan Kings Tombs. Overnight in Tsetang.

  Weather:
 
  Tibet is not as cold as it sounds. During tourist season from April to October, it is cold in night, warm and sunny at day. The temperature falls dramatically in shade and at night. June, July and August are the monsoon time.  
  High Altitude Sickness:
 
  This could happen to any guest in high altitude. The effect of HAS usually remains 2 days till the body acclimatizes. Headache, nausea, vomiting and short breath are the common symptoms. To avoid HAS take garlic soup, more water frequently. Diamox tabs are recommended.  
  What to Bring:  
  Warm downfield jackets, Windproof outer jacket, comfortable trousers for men and loose skits for women during the day time, Gloves, Warm woolen / thermal shocks, flashlights, Snuggles, Sun burn cream, Sun Cap. Vitamins and proteins foods are advisable to bring with. Small tit bits for long drive will be helpful.  
  Visa:  
  To travel to Tibet one needs group visa and permit, which will be secured by One World Travel for individual or group.
