Booking conditions
The following conditions apply to bookings of travel services
made by you through VisitNepal.com website.
(1) Making a reservation
On making a reservation, you might pay a non-refundable flat
service fee per reservation. You will be responsible to the
travel services provider for payment of the balance of the cost
of the travel services booked by you together with the payment
of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted
for with the travel services provider and, where applicable,
payment of the travel services provider's service charges and
taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied
by such travel services provider.
You must use a credit card or debit card to guarantee a reservation.
By making a reservation with your credit card or debit card,
you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation
less than 72 hours from your agreed check-in time or that you
fail to arrive by your agreed check-in time, you authorise the
travel services provider to charge to your credit card or debit
card without further reference to you an amount not exceeding
one night's charge in the case of accommodation or such amount
as may be set out in the service provider's terms and conditions
in the case of non-accommodation product. Your non-arrival by
the agreed check in time will result in the cancellation of
your entire reservation. Any amendments must be done at least
3 days ahead of the arrival date.
In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to
disclose to the travel services provider any physical or mental
condition to which you or a member of your party is subject
to and of which the travel services provider should be notified
and which may require special facilities.
(2) When a reservation is confirmed
VisitNepal.com will issue the booking confirmation on behalf
of the travel services provider for each reservation, but does
not undertake to include charges for additional services or
details of the service charge or taxes charged by the travel
services provider. VisitNepal.com strongly recommends you to
check and confirm with the travel services provider the precise
terms and conditions upon which the travel services provider
makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of
the booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on
the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries,
cancellation or modification of the reservation.
(3) Cancellations
Cancellation must be done at least 3 days ahead of the arrival
date to avoid a penalty fee equivalent to one night's room plus
tax. If you need to cancel the reservation, please just send
a cancellation request at: contact@visitnepal.com
at least 3 days ahead of the arrival date. VisitNepal.com shall
not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or
any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other
travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause.
(4) Ratings shown on the website are the opinion of people who
have booked and availed of the relevant travel services or have
stayed in the relevant accommodation. We take no responsibility
for the such opinions.
(5) In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability
to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation
service fee you paid.
(6) No liability in credit card or debit card transactions
VisitNepal.com makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all
credit card and debit card transactions are secure. However,
if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card or debit
card statement for any card used on this website at any time
during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction
or disclose your card details on this website, VisitNepal.com
shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of
any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising
from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure,
subject only to any statutory rights which you may have. |

submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the high court in
Nepal. The place of performance shall be Kathmandu, Nepal. |

Any formal legal notices should be sent to us in the address
that appears at the end of these terms by registered mail. Our
failure to enforce a right does not result in the waiver of
such rights. You may not assign or transfer your rights under
