Established in 1994 the Melungtse Hotel is recognized by the Government of Nepal's Department of Tourism and is an associate member of HAN (the Hotel Association of Nepal).

The hotel is run by Mr. Giri and his family who take great pride in its upkeep and pleasure in making guests feel at home with their warm hospitality and friendly efficient service. We have 9 fully furnished apartments each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a living room. The hotel's restaurant is open from 7am to 10pm offering guests a delicious comprehensive choice of freshly prepared foods that suit most palates including: Chinese, Indian and Italian foods as well as local delaines. Guests with a special dietary requirement should let the restaurant manager know, who will try to facilitate their requirement. We offer 24hr room service.
