Khamsum
Carpets is one of the first private Tibetan Carpet Factories
established in Nepal. Since 1972 we have manufactured carpets
using Tibetan traditional knotting by hand. We use Tibetan virgin
wool from the high Himalaya.
Our first carpet was exported outside of Nepal over 15 years
ago. Today we have international clients in the U.S., Germany,
Canada, Australia and Japan.
Our carpet
designs are Traditional Tibetan, antique, semi-antique and
modern. We are very flexible and can produce any kind of design
to order. This is our one unique feature of Tibetan carpets.
Colors
used are of vegetable and chemical dyes. We dye the rugs as
per your order. We can provide almost any range of colors.
We currently have more than 200 color shades to choice from.

- High Himalayan virgin Tibetan and New Zealand.
Dyes - Vegetable and Swiss chemical - color fastness assured.
Size - from 40 cm x 40 cm to 400 cm x 600 cm.
Knot Density - 60, 80, 100 or 150 Knots available depending
on design.
Pile Height - from 1mm to 3 mm.
Weaving Method - Tibetan Traditional Knot.
