experience Bhutan's famous western valleys. The longer

take you to the central valleys of Bumthang and even

When To Join
Bhutan Tours:
The best periods for visiting Bhutan are from October
to May. In the autumn clear warm days prevail affording
the best weather for tours to Bhutan. In the spring
mixed weather pattern prevail with clear spells followed
by occasional thunder showers and light rain. Spring
is best for flowering rhododendrons (which Bhutan
is famous for) along with magnolias and other flowering
plants. Tours to Bhutan can be planned throughout
the winter months. The western valleys of Paro, Thimpu
and Punakha is open in winter and the central valleys
of Bumthang also open depending on winter show conditions.
Some the most interesting times to visit Bhutan is
during some of the many Buddhist festivals, which

Group Tours to Thimpu, Paro, Wangdi and Punakha Valleys.
These
sterling, week-long introduction to Bhutan will
operate year-round (except during the Paro in
the spring and Thimpu and Wandue festivals in
the fall). The tour focuses in the Kingdom's western
valleys of Paro, Thimpu and the ancient capital
at Punakha. The 8 day tour can also a visit to
the alpine valley of Bhobjika where we can visit
the Gangtey Gompa and the farmhouses of the valley
which is also famous as the wintering ground of
the rare black-necked cranes.
